The Peoples vote

This is the most important part of our process as a society. To move forward and give the power back to the people!

After the legislative branch and the house of reps creates a bill. it goes to a civil vote before going to the governor's desk. so they don’t make and pass bills. they make bills to go to civil vote and if it is rejected by the civil vote. it then goes back by to be reformed. as it has to have an approval rating of at least 60% civil vote before reaching the governor's desk. if it has 75% votes from both house of reps and legislature, it can go to governor desk bypassing civil vote. this is only if rejected by civil vote within 45-59% of approval. anything below 45% civil vote can not be bypassed.
